What information can be printed on a private label cable jacket?
We can print virtually any text on cable jackets using hot-stamp or inkjet printing: company name, logo text, part number, voltage/temperature rating, UL file number (if you hold your own UL listing), and progressive footage or meter markers. Typical print repeat is every 12 inches. Minimum order for custom printing is 500 meters per SKU.
Can I use my own UL listing number on privately labeled cable?
Yes, if you hold your own UL listing. We manufacture to your specification under your UL file number as the certificate holder. We act as the authorized production facility. This requires coordination with UL and a factory audit of our production processes. Alternatively, you can sell cable under our UL listing with your brand name added if the listing scope permits.
What are the minimum order quantities for private label cable?
For custom jacket printing (text/logo), minimum is 500m per SKU per color. For fully custom cable specification with private labeling, minimum is typically 1,000m. For distributors and brands ordering multiple SKUs in volume, we offer blanket order programs with monthly or quarterly call-offs to reduce stocking requirements.
Can I get an NDA to protect my product specifications?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before sharing any proprietary specifications. We maintain strict customer confidentiality and do not share specifications between customers. Sample agreements are available on request before you provide any technical information.
