How long does custom cable manufacturing take?
Lead time for custom cable is typically 4–8 weeks from approved sample confirmation, depending on raw material sourcing and production complexity. Standard product orders ship within 3–10 business days.
Can you match a competitor's cable specification?
Yes. Supply us with a sample of the cable you need to replicate, or a detailed specification sheet, and our engineering team will reverse-engineer and manufacture an equivalent replacement. Cross-reference verification samples available.
Do custom cables come with test reports?
Yes. All custom cable orders include material test reports, electrical test data, and a certificate of conformance. Third-party certification (UL, CSA, IEC) is available for qualifying constructions and volumes.
Can you add custom printing to the cable jacket?
Yes. Jacket printing includes product name, voltage rating, temperature rating, certification marks, your company name or part number, and sequential foot/meter markings. Printing specifications require approval prior to production.
