What is the difference between IEC 62930 and UL 4703 solar cable?

IEC 62930 (H1Z2Z2-K) is the European standard for PV cable — it requires XLPE insulation, UV resistance (5000h+), and a temperature rating of ≥90°C at 1500V DC. UL 4703 is the US equivalent used for UL-listed PV wire. Both certifications are equivalent in quality; the choice depends on your project's jurisdiction. We manufacture both.
